The world is moving - and our skill sets need to be updated as the world goes more and more agile. Thousands and thousands of Scrum Masters are certified all over the world, and agile teams are popping up all over in the software industry.
But how do we as individuals handle these changes, how do we fit into these new agile environments, how should we work in teams, and will we have to learn new techniques or can we make use of the what we already have?
There are a lot of different answers to these questions, depending on who you are and where you work.

Some people new to the agile world see this as an opportunity to do whatever they want. They say--we don’t need to upgrade our skills, agile is just a change in mindset, and we can only learn through experience.
Well, we don’t believe in this attitude--we believe there are new skills to learn, there are new techniques and increased discipline, and a common understanding of these will benefit everyone on the team.
We believe knowledge is power, and we want to make Power Teams... high performing teams. And we want to work with the team skills, not only the Scrum Master skills. It’s the team which has to perform, so by upgrading the team skills on an individual level, the teams will have huge potential to become high performing teams... There is lots to learn--
